MAD Owners Summer 2025 Rally Announcement We’re heading back to the MOTHERSHIP!

Get ready, MAD Owners — our next rally is just around the corner and it's going to be unforgettable! We’re returning to the heart of it all in Elkhart, Indiana (Shipshewana) at the Shipshewana Campground – South Park for three nights of fun and connection: July 31 – August 3, 2025

What’s in Store?

Mothership Tour at Midwest Automotive Designs We’ll take an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of the Midwest Automotive Designs plant, just down the road! Our host, Ron Preston, Sales Manager at MAD, and his stellar team will guide us through the production process, talk future models (yes, 2026 previews!), and share how YOUR feedback shapes the evolution of our beloved vans.

On-Site Repairs – A MAD-Only Perk! Midwest technicians will be available for RV warranty repair work during the rally — a benefit no other manufacturer offers! Registered attendees will receive a Repair Sheet in advance to detail their needed repairs. Midwest will review it early to prepare parts and assess what can be handled during the rally.

Explore Amish Country Group excursions will take us into the heart of Amish Country, with charming shops/flea markets, local dining, and unique cultural experiences.

Discussion Groups & Meetups Join fellow MAD owners to talk travel tips, van mods, maintenance tricks, favorite camp spots, and more. This is the perfect chance to swap stories and build lifelong friendships.

Exciting Announcement: Get ready, because our next MAD Owners Rally is just around the corner! Mark your calendars for the 3-night spring rally March 27, 2025 through March 30, 2025. It is going to be an unforgettable experience! We will be back gathering at the beautiful Santa Fe Palms RV Resort in Gainesville, Florida—the perfect backdrop for a fun-filled, activity-packed rally filled with discussions, lectures, parties, and exploration!

REGISTRATION: Click on the Google Form Sign-up link (TBD). Please sign up early as spaces will be limited, and you don’t want to miss this one!
Once you have completed the information in the sign-up link, you can contact “Deb” at the Santa Fe Palms RV Resort at (352) 451-4566 to pay for and secure your site.

Rally Highlights:

Our Mothership will land at the rally: We are thrilled to welcome Ron Preston, Sales Manager of our Mothership, Midwest Automotive Designs, and his amazing team, who will be joining us at the rally! Ron will be on hand to share insights, answer questions, and give us an exclusive look into the exciting developments and future plans for the 2025/2026 models and the latest news from our Mothership. One of the most impressive things about Midwest Automotive is their commitment to listening to owner feedback and continuously improving their RV models. Midwest takes the time to understand the needs, preferences, and suggestions of their owners, recognizing that real-life experiences from those who live the RV lifestyle are invaluable. This feedback directly influences design adjustments, feature upgrades, and even entirely new options in their models. Don’t miss this opportunity!

Both Ron and Nick will lead a special session discussing the new Midwest Automotive model options and upgrades, giving us an inside look at the cutting-edge features, designs, and customizations available in the newest years’ models.

Repairs: Attendance at the rally will also give owners an opportunity to have any RV warranty repair work done by the Midwest Automotive Designs technicians who will attend the rally! This is a generous“perk” oƯered by Midwest that no other manufacturer ever does for their owners! Each participant will receive a Repair Sheet upon their registration to complete for Midwest, listing the issues they would like addressed by Midwest. This Repair Sheet will be provided to Midwest early for review so that they can determine any parts needed and if the repair may be addressed during rally time. Activities for Everyone: There will be activities for all interests. Plus, we’ll have a special group excursion oƯ-premises one day to explore a local wonder—details coming soon!

Engaging Talks, Meetups and Discussion Groups: Meet and learn from fellow MAD Owners to swap tips, share adventures, hear travel stories and share travel spots across the country, discuss van modifications and accessories and van maintenance, and join various other discussions on topics that enhance your knowledge and love for your MAD RV. This is a great way to spend time and build lifelong friendships! Vendors: Meet some RV vendors who will join our rally (TBD) for modification ideas and possible installations.

Evening Socials & Parties: Join us each evening for themed parties and social gatherings! These events are a perfect way to relax, have fun, and celebrate our friendships and comradery. Looking forward to seeing everyone there!
